Metal Flaptails for wood lures used in Saltwater fishing

These are the same flaptails as we use in our finished lures and lure kits.

Flaptails Made from .025 304 Polished Stainless Steel!


Stainless Flaptail
1.8" long x 1.3" wide, Bright Polished Stainless!


Charktails Made from .025 Marine Brass, nickel plated and highly polished!


Small Charktail Blade
1.75" long x .9" wide these make great needlefish tails!

Large Charktail Blade
2.25" long x 1.125" wide these are mongo sized tails great for larger plugs!


Attach these blades to the rear of your lure with a small split ring to a #5 swivel, then put the swivel onto the loop of the back of the lure
before you complete the tail wrap-this saves having to use an additional split ring.

The small charktail is great for smaller lures/needles while the flaptail and large charktail
work well on larger needles and topwater spook style lures.
